Typical viewers: managers who follow progress, colleagues who look things up, and auditors and customers you share specific folders, tables or pages with. An admin can change someone from viewer to user at any time.

Pricing questions

Straight answers.

Is the validation package extra?

No. Every release's validation report (requirements traced to automated tests, installation checks and deviations) comes with every plan. Enterprise adds our help validating your own configuration.

Is single sign-on only on Enterprise?

No. Single sign-on with Entra ID, Okta, Google or any OpenID Connect or SAML provider is on every plan. Enterprise adds requiring it for everyone (with one emergency admin account), and automatic provisioning of people and groups (SCIM).

Are e-signatures and audit trails a premium feature?

They are on every plan. They're the reason to use Qualsted, so we never hold them back as an upgrade.

Do auditors need a paid account?

No. Give them a free viewer account and share exactly the folders, tables or pages they need to see. They can look, but not change, print or export anything.

How does the AI assistant add-on work?

Buy seats for the people who'll use it ($15 per user/month, billed annually) and give them out in Settings → People; move a seat to someone else at any time. Without seats, nothing is sent to any AI service. More about the assistant.
